01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and JLPG Club ("JLPG," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the JLPG Club website located at jlpg.club, its mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner.

JLPG Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with JLPG Club, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming law.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of JLPG Club, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by JLPG Club or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by JLPG Club for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

JLPG Club reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by JLPG Club may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the JLPG Club Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your JLPG Club account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify JLPG Club immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

JLPG Club will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from JLPG Club that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

JLPG Club implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time JLPG Club deems appropriate.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the JLPG Club Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). JLPG Club supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your JLPG account within minutes of successful processing.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within two (2) business hours during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: JLPG Club does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which JLPG Club bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. JLPG Club reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account verification status and transaction history.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• KYC Verification: Withdrawals above certain thresholds require completed KYC verification. JLPG Club reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity documents are received and verified.

JLPG Club reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if KYC verification is incomplete, if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the withdrawal would violate any applicable law or regulation. In such cases, JLPG Club will notify you via your registered email address.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

JLPG Club may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts constitute abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus Abuse: JLPG Club reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms. Generally, slots contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

JLPG Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, JLPG Club's decision shall be final and binding.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the JLPG Club Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. JLPG Club publishes Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for all games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Game Rules: Each game on the JLPG Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. JLPG Club reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets and payouts shall be void. JLPG Club will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state.
• Disconnection: JLPG Club is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in JLPG Club's server logs shall be considered definitive. JLPG Club's decision on all gameplay disputes is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLPG Club Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from third-party payment accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the JLPG Club Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JLPG Club staff, support agents, or other members of the platform community.

08 Responsible Gaming

JLPG Club provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your JLPG account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the JLPG Club Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net win/loss position.

JLPG Club strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access real-money gaming services. 09 Privacy & Data Protection

JLPG Club implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive information. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the JLPG Club Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of JLPG Club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from JLPG Club.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any JLPG Club trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of JLPG Club's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by JLPG Club.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLPG Club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JLPG Club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, JLPG Club's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

JLPG Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you are under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, JLPG Club reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary account closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JLPG Club support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the JLPG Club Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by submitting a written complaint to JLPG Club at [email protected]. JLPG Club will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The venue for any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

JLPG Club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLPG Club will notify registered members via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the JLPG Club Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. JLPG Club recommends reviewing these Terms at least once every three months.
